Coaching Disclaimer
EndLyme LLC provides coaching that includes lifestyle support, organization, accountability, and treatment navigation discussions.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to all policies, disclaimers, and terms listed on this page.
Nature of Services
EndLyme LLC provides:
- Non-medical coaching
- Wellness education
- Financing application assistance
- Resource guidance
- Access to general wellness amenities
EndLyme LLC does not provide:
- Medical treatment
- Therapy
- Emergency care
Limitation of Liability
EndLyme LLC is not liable for:
- Injuries related to equipment
- Misinterpretation of coaching discussions
- Financial losses
- Third-party lender decisions
- Website errors
- Direct or indirect damages
Clients agree to use all services at their own risk.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EndLyme LLC from any claims arising from equipment use, financing decisions, or participation in coaching.
5. Financing Policy
A. Program Support Fee (For clients using EndLyme services)
A 10% Program Support Fee applies to:
- Coaching-related financing
- Wellness programs
- Home wellness equipment financing
This fee covers administrative support, document assistance, client management, and program setup.
This is not a loan fee, broker fee, or lender charge.
B. Administrative & Processing Fee (For clients NOT using EndLyme services)
A separate 10% Administrative & Processing Fee applies when a client:
- Does not join EndLyme coaching or programs
- Uses EndLyme solely for financing support
This fee covers administrative workload, communication with lenders, and document review.
It is not tied to loan approval and is non-refundable once work begins.
C. Referral Fee Disclosure (FTC Compliant)
If EndLyme LLC receives marketing or referral compensation from a lender, it will be disclosed clearly.
These fees do not affect client loan terms.
All financing decisions are made by independent third-party lenders.
6. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Sessions
- Require 24-hour notice
- Missed sessions may be charged in full
Coaching Packages
- Used sessions are non-refundable
- Administrative fees are non-refundable
- Unused sessions may be prorated at EndLyme’s discretion
Equipment & Financing Orders
These follow the cancellation, refund, or return policies of the third-party provider or lender.
7. Continuity of Care Promise
EndLyme LLC has a no-turning-away philosophy.
Even if services are paused or finances change:
- We continue offering emotional support
- We help you explore alternative financing
- We guide you toward resources
- We stay with you throughout your healing journey
Healing should never be denied.
8. Emotional Safety & Support
EndLyme provides compassionate emotional support, but does not provide therapy or crisis intervention.
If you are in danger or emotional crisis, please contact:

9. Special Support for Fragile Patients
We offer optional accommodations for clients who are:
- Bedbound
- Neurologically sensitive
- Cognitively impaired
- Experiencing severe flares
Accommodations depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
Caregivers may participate with written consent.
10. Official 10% Fee Disclosure
EndLyme LLC charges:
- 10% Program Support Fee for clients using EndLyme coaching or services
- 10% Administrative & Processing Fee for clients who do not use EndLyme services but request financing support
These fees are service-related, not loan-related, and not tied to approval.
