Financing Policy
🌿 Last Updated: 12/31/2025
1. Purpose of This Policy
EndLyme.org exists to support individuals navigating Lyme disease and chronic illness by providing education, guidance, and access to third-party financial options when insurance does not cover necessary care.
This Financial Policy explains how financing works through EndLyme, what we do and do not provide, and what clients should expect when exploring payment and funding options.
Our goal is clarity, transparency, and trust — so you never feel pressured, confused, or alone.
2. EndLyme Is Not a Lender
EndLyme.org is not a bank, lender, creditor, or financial institution.
We do not:
- Issue loans
- Set interest rates
- Make credit decisions
- Collect payments
- Service or manage debt
All financing options presented through EndLyme are provided by independent third-party financing partners. Any financing agreement entered into is strictly between the client and the lender.
3. Nature of Services Provided
EndLyme provides non-medical, non-financial advisory services, including:
- Educational guidance about financing options
- Assistance navigating application processes
- Support in understanding terms and next steps
- Wellness-focused coaching and care coordination
Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for medical, financial, or legal decisions.
4. Financing Overview
Eligible clients may be presented with financing options that can include:
- Fixed-rate payment plans
- Terms up to 60 months
- Rates starting as low as 5.99% (subject to approval)
- No prepayment penalties
- Funding amounts up to $200,000, depending on eligibility
All terms, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the lending partner, not EndLyme.
5. Application & Credit Disclosure
- Initial applications typically involve a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect credit scores.
- If a client chooses to proceed with an offer, the lender may perform a hard credit inquiry.
- Approval is not guaranteed and depends on lender criteria such as credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
EndLyme has no influence over approval outcomes.
6. Use of Funds
Funds obtained through third-party financing may be used for wellness-related and care-supportive expenses, subject to lender terms. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Treatment costs
- Wellness services
- Supplements or therapies
- Care-related living expenses
EndLyme does not restrict or control how approved funds are used, but cannot guarantee acceptance of all expenses under every lender’s policy.
7. Fees & Compensation Disclosure
EndLyme may receive administrative or referral compensation from financing partners for facilitating access to financing options.
This compensation:
- Does not increase your loan amount
- Does not change your interest rate
- Does not affect lender approval decisions
8. No Obligation, No Pressure
Engaging with EndLyme to explore financing:
- Does not obligate you to accept a loan
- Does not require enrollment in services
- Does not guarantee approval
You are free to walk away at any time.
We believe healing decisions should be made from a place of clarity — never fear or pressure.
9. Payment Responsibility
If a client accepts financing:
- All repayment obligations are between the client and the lender
- EndLyme is not responsible for missed payments, defaults, or disputes
- Lenders handle all billing, servicing, and collections
10. Financial Hardship & Compassion Statement
Under no circumstances will EndLyme turn someone away solely due to financial hardship.
If financing is not the right fit, we will still do our best to:
- Share alternative resources
- Offer guidance and education
- Provide emotional and logistical support where possible
You are welcome here — regardless of your financial situation.
11. Changes to This Policy
EndLyme reserves the right to update this Financial Policy as financing partnerships, regulations, or services evolve. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
